Bricco San Giorgio “Biancoluna” Viognier is a white wine from 100% Viognier grapes, delivering a beautiful straw yellow appearance with greenish highlights.
The bouquet offers notes of yellow pulp fruit, with a prevalence for peach and acacia flowers. The palate is mellow yet persistent, bringing forward the aromas of yellow pulp through rich peach notes and round finish thanks to the ageing period on the “fine lees”.
Food match: land and sea-starters and entre-mets dishes would make it a great companion. Try it also with light fish & veggies courses, just beautiful!
