Accurate and meticulous vinification and refinement process in the cellar with 9 months steel vat ageing, and further 4 months enhancement in the bottle.
The appearance gives us a beautiful intense ruby red colour. The aromatic bouquet delivers lovely fruity (cherry, plum and red berries) and floral notes of rose and violet.
The sip nicely in balance between structure and acidity, complex, harmonic, with a long-lasting finish.
Food-match: a gorgeous interpretation of the Barbera d’Asti, matching perfectly all first and main courses based on meat. Recommended serving-temperature of 16°C.
