CONTI THUN’s “BOLLE DI MICAELA Spumante Rosé Brut” is a sublte, fresh, fruity, and elegant modern Spumante cuvée, crafted from indigenous grape variety Groppello, vinified in pink.
Fresh-tasting and enlivened with a light yet lingering sparkle.
After harvest, the vinification and ageing take place in stainless steel tanks and is followed by Martinotti method autoclave, with a maturation of 3 months yeast residence-time.
In appearance, this Spumante Brut rosé attracts the eye with its bright rose colour. The bubbles are subtle, numerous, persistent and give pleasantness to the glass of this rosé sparkling.
On the nose, a bouquet of wild strawberries, raspberry, lime and pomegranate emerge with bright energy. The palate delivers with elegant freshness and flavour, beutifully in line with the nose.
Food pairing: pairs beautifully with Aperitifs, white meat and fish starters. An ideal companion for enjoyable moments of conviviality with friends and family. Recommended serving temperature: 8 -10 °C.
