Réva’s Langhe Bianco DOC Grey is a lively, fresh, mineral white wine from a blend of Sauvignon Blanc & Sauvignon Gris.
It offers on the nose beautiful flint notes combined with hints of passion fruit, citrus and sage. In the mouth it is proud, snappy, fresh, endowed with powerful acid texture and lovely persistency. A very special cuvée.
Food match: thanks to its minerality, freshness and crisp style, wonderful to pair and enjoy with Frutti di Mare starters, vitello tonnato, pesto-based dishes and grilled veggies.
