Bricco San Giorgio “Fior d’Acacia” Moscato D’Asti DOCG is a soft and fragrant sweet white wine from Moscato Bianco grapes.
The vinification takes place through soft-pressing of the whole grape. The most is then stored in steel tanks at -2C°, and undergoes a slow fermentation in pressurized tanks at controlled temperature up to 5% alcohol content. The carbon dioxide which develops during this process of the alcoholic fermentation remains “stored” in the wine, giving it its pleasant natural slight effervescence.
The Appearance shows a bright yellow straw color. The nose delivers beautiful flora notes and aromas of peach and apricot. The palate is fresh and typically Moscato Bianco, with a delicious and inviting minerality, creamy peach and apricot elements and fragrant acidity keeping the sip vibrant.
Food match: it accompanies perfectly desserts, yet also excellent as an aperitif, or combined also with light creamy cheeses and a fresh pasta dish.
