La Dama was born from a dream shared by Gabriele and Miriam during their studies in Padua. They immediately began shaping their dreams together, laying the foundation for a promising future in a spontaneous and authentic way. With the support of Miriam’s father, Giampietro—a passionate and successful entrepreneur from Verona, whose belief in them made their first steps possible—their journey as winemakers began in 2006.

They are the first winemakers in their family. Today, they cultivate 16 hectares in the heart of the Valpolicella Classica (one plot in Negrar and one in Sant’Ambrogio, up to 450 meters above sea level). Family remains at the center, forming the foundation that guides the project. Chiara and Laura welcome guests with warmth, while Emma, Anna, and Michele fill the estate with creativity, joy, and energy.

Together with a dedicated young team, Gabriele and Miriam continue to shape the story of La Dama—a story of passion, perseverance, and a deep love for wine and their land—shared with their team and with everyone who chooses to discover this remarkable project and unique destination in Valpolicella.
