It will be bottled in January at the 3rd year, followed afterwards by 30 months ageing in bottles.\u003cbr\u003e\nThe appearance is showing with bright red color with garnet highlights. The bouquet is bold and fragrant, delivering fruity aromas of blackberry, plum, cherry and some hints of balsamic mint.\u003cbr\u003e\nThe palate is robust and true expression of this remarkable ‘Cru’, with an alluring intensity of pomegranate \u0026amp; balsamic cherry along with a clean and fragrant sage and rosemary notes. \u003cbr\u003e\nEarthy elements of tar and rich plum juice accompany broadly the long finish, making it an opulent and harmonious red wine, classifying for rich meditation moments! \u003cbr\u003e\nFood match: delightful with rich truffles dishes, such as “Tajarin all’uovo” with white truffles, or tagliatelle al taleggio \u0026amp; black truffles. Wild boar stews are also here a favorite for this King of Reds.
