Ageing and refinement for a period of 12 months in large casks.\u003cbr\u003e\nAppearance shows a deep ruby red with purple reflections. The nose is a feast of red fruit, and notes of undergrowth and sweet spices. \u003cbr\u003e\nA palate developing with freshness and juicyness makes this red a very enjoyable, inviting and agile in its food-companionship. \u003cbr\u003e\nFood match: wonderful in combination with pasta’s course, veal and pork preparations, game and fowl.
