Bricco San Giorgio “La Giorgina” is a soft and fresh Rosé obtained from short maceration in contact with the skins of Nebbiolo grapes, followed by fermentation and ageing in steel tanks.
Appearance shows a delicate pink onion skin colour, and an attractive bouquet with notes of fresh and exotic fruits, rose petals, and a slightly spicy finish. The palate is characterful and fresh, with an enveloping structure yet balanced and soft, with a pleasant minerality.
Food match: perfect aperitif & food companion, suited for light starters, summer dishes based on fish, with veggies and pasta dishes.
