Bricco San Giorgio “Masic’” Monferrato Dolcetto DOC is a red wine from 100% Dolcetto from Monferrato area.
Appearance with ruby shades color with some light purple highlights. To the nose it presents itself with a very fruity bouquet, fresh aromas of small red berry fruits, and light almond notes complementing.
The palate is round, mellow and enveloping with the primary traits of fresh red fruits, and a pleasant and winy finish.
Food match: Pairing very well throughout the whole meal, ideal with appetizers/charcuterie starters and typical dishes from the Piemontese tradition.
Slightly decrease serving temperature for an amplified drinkability through spring and summer periods.
