Berritta’s “TZIU MARTINE” Vermentino is a flavorful, fresh and typical white wine from Vermentino grapes on the east-central coast of Sardegna.
Following a careful refinement in steel tanks on the “fine lees” until the next spring, the wine will be bottled after filtration. The appearance shows a limpid straw yellow color.
The maturation on its “fine lees” delivers a very sapid and aromatic palette typical of this grape variety, with citrus and fresh white fruity notes (Golden appel, pear, fresh ananas) a delicate yet very well defined and fleshy sip from the skin maceration process
Food match: a beautiful match with vegetable and sea starters such as crustaceans and shellfish. Guaranteed exciting sensations with a Piemontese Vitello Tonnato or a mackerel salad with roasted little gem salad, or smocked eel.
Recommended serving-temperature of 8°-10°C.
