Bricco San Giorgio “Voj et Doj” Grignolino D’Asti DOC (180m a.s.l. vineyard in Montegrosso D’Asti) is a red wine from 100% Grignolino grapes. It has a beautiful garnet red colour with soft rubies reflections.
In the nose it presents a delicate and floral aroma with notes of fresh red fruits, with mainly red cherries. A very pleasurable dry and slightly tannic taste, with a smooth, fresh and winy flavour, with a good balance and persistency.
Food match: Pairing very well with land starters, soups, boiled meat & vegetable (“Bollito alla Piemontese”). In spring & summer can be served also at 10-12C for an even higher pleasant drinkability.
