Rottensteiner’s “KITZ Dolomiti Bianco” is a vibrant, fresh, fruity and smooth cuvée dry white wine made from a blend of Pinot Blanc, Sauvignon, Pinot Gris, Müller Thurgau.
The name KITZ refers to the German name of the pup of the Ibex, our heraldic animal.
Following harvest, the vinification process is carried instainless steel tanks to preserve his fruit and aromas to its best possible. A young and modern white cuvee: fresh, fruity and smooth in the mouth.
The appearance shows a bright straw yellow colour with greenish nuances. A gorgeous aromatic nose, the mineral-driven aromatics are fresh and energetic.
Stone and slate notes give way to perfectly ripe apples and white flowers. The palate is enticing and linear with green apple, citrus and loads of minerality finishing with a vibrant acidity.
Food-match: excellent as an aperitif and with starters/salad. A young, modern, and cheeky white blend perfect for fun times with friends celebrating life.
Recommended serving-temperature of 8°-10°C.
