Gojer’s “S.Maddalena Classico” is a fruity, elegant and juicy red wine made from 100% Schiava.
Following manual harvest, vinification process starts with very delicate and soft pressing. Fermentation process at controlled temperature in steel tanks.
Sedimentation and ageing in large wooden casks until bottling.
The appearance shows a bright & inviting ruby colour. On the nose fresh red fruits with notes of cherries, violet, and red berries.
The sip is light-medium, lively & enticing, juicy and silky with elegant and well-integrated tannins, and a long, persistent aftertaste.
Food-match: Perfect with a selection of aperitivi, particularly with Alto Adige speck, yet also with grilled fish as well as lamb, veal loin and poultry. Light to medium-aged cheeses as well.
Recommended serving-temperature of 15°-17°C.
